Prices B&B Cosy Woods
Forest suite
1-2 persons:
Per night: € 160,- (minimum stay 2 nights)
Long weekend: (fri - mon): € 420,-
Midweek: (mon - fri): € 550,-
Week: (fri-fri or mon-mon): € 950,-
3 - 4 persons:
The Forest suite is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby.
Surcharge for stay with children (> 2 years): € 30,- per night per child.
Garden suite
1-2 persons:
Per night: € 175,- (minimum stay 2 nights)
Long weekend: (fri - mon): € 460,-
Midweek: (mon - fri): € 625,-
Week: (fri-fri or mon-mon): € 1050,-
3 - 4 persons:
The Garden suite is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults/children and 1 baby.
Surcharge for stay with 3 persons: € 30,- per night.
Every Sunday it's Lazy Sunday at B&B Cosy Woods: complimentary late check-out until 6 pm :-)
- All prices are inclusive of VAT and tourist tax, excluding breakfast;
- Children up to 2 years old stay for free when using existing beds or a self-provided baby cot;
- A beautifully arranged baby cot is available upon request for €30 per stay. A high chair is available upon request (no cost);
- Dogs are welcome in the Garden suite after consultation; an additional €30 per stay will be charged for this;
- During the low season (November - March), we offer adjusted rates for longer stays. Please contact us for more information!
Breakfast
There are multiple breakfast options. Let's list them for you!
Breakfast option 1
Every day between 9:30 and 11:30, tasting room House of Bird (1 minute by car, 5 minutes on foot) serves a delicious breakfast.
No reservation is required, you can just walk in!
The breakfast costs €15.50 per person. This includes:
- a hot drink of your choice (Coffee, cappuccino, tea, flat white etc);
- fresh orange juice;
- a delightful croissant with butter and jam;
- a choice of a sandwich with smoked salmon, coppa di parma, or hummus.
This breakfast can be upgraded with:
- Yogurt with muesli, honey, and red fruit (+€3.50);
- Egg dish or scrambled eggs on bread (+€4.50).
Breakfast option 2
If you prefer to have breakfast in your suite, there are 2 options.
Order a breakfast box from Bakkerij Van Toor in Rhenen. They deliver an extensive breakfast box to your suite door from Tuesday to Sunday (Sunday delivery only between March 1st and October 1st) starting at 7:30 am.
Alternatively, you can fill the available fridge with your favorite spreads or breakfast products. Both suites are equipped with a toaster, breadboard with a bread knife, and sufficient plates and cutlery. The Garden suite even features a full kitchen. Of course, there are more than enough Nespresso capsules and frothy milk to make your own cappuccino or latte. Or choose from 4 delicious tea varieties from Mariage Frères!
Breakfast option 3
Of course, there are many more great spots where you can have breakfast. For example, Brasserie Soof comes highly recommended, located a 15-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can drive to Rhenen, Wageningen, or Veenendaal for breakfast. You can find a comprehensive list of great breakfast spots in our tips list!
Terms
Check-in, Payment, and Cancellation:
- Check-in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM (except Sunday, then enjoy a complimentary Lazy Sunday late check-out until 6 PM!);
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, feel free to inquire about it!
- The full stay must be paid by one month before the check-in date;
- Cancellation is free up to 3 weeks before arrival;
Charging Electric Vehicles and Bicycles:
- Charging an electric vehicle is only allowed through the available charging station, costs vary depending on the car's battery. Please note! Charging via a 220v socket is not allowed!
- Charging electric bicycles is possible. There are no associated costs.
House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed, neither in the suites nor on the terrace;
- No real candles, tea lights, etc., LED tea lights are provided instead :-);
- No music after 10 pm, no parties;
- Want to bring your dog along? You can do so in the Garden suite, as long as you bring a bed for your furry friend and ensure that the dog stays off the bed and couch. And of course, after a lovely walk in the forest, make sure to clean the muddy paws before the dog enters the suite ;-).
